How to use the Pirate Shop haul planner
A Pirate Shop token turns the Fortnite Item Shop free for 14 days, but the shop you see today is only part of what those 14 days will bring. This page helps you answer two questions quickly: what's worth grabbing right now, and how much is it worth?
- Sort by what leaves first. The default order puts offers with the shortest timer at the top. Red badges mean the item leaves within 24 hours, so if your token is active those are the ones to claim before anything else.
- Filter by type. Only care about outfits and emotes? Tap those chips. Turning on “Hide bundles” is handy when you want to see single items, since many bundles repeat what's already listed.
- Build your haul. Each “+ Add to haul” adds the item to the bar at the bottom, which keeps a running total in V-Bucks and an approximate dollar range.
- Come back tomorrow. Your haul is saved on this device. When something rotates out, it stays on your list marked “Left the shop”, so you can see what you missed and whether it returns.
- Share it. “Share my haul” copies a link that shows your picks to a friend, and “Haul card” opens an image of up to 12 items plus your total.
How today's free value is calculated
The headline number on this page, 224,800 V-Bucks, is what you could claim from today's shop if you had an active Pirate Shop token and took one of everything. A naive sum of every price in the feed comes to 260,700 V-Bucks, but that double counts. Here's exactly what we do:
- Single offers (298 today) are added at their current price, including any discount shown in the shop.
- Bundles (28 today) are skipped when every item inside is also sold separately. We only add the 13 bundles that contain something you can't get on its own.
- Sidekicks: the token lets you claim one Sidekick you don't own, so only the most expensive one counts (3 left out today).
- Jam Tracks count, because they are sold for V-Bucks. They add 58,000 V-Bucks today; without them the total is 166,800.
- Dollars: V-Bucks cost less per unit in bigger packs. Since the March 19, 2026 price change, the best-value pack works out to $0.0072 per V-Buck and the smallest to $0.0112, so today's shop is worth about $1,618–$2,526.
Reading the timers: how the Item Shop rotates
The Fortnite Item Shop refreshes at 00:00 UTC every day, which is 7 PM Eastern or 4 PM Pacific during standard time. But not every offer changes daily. Each item carries its own leave date: some sit in the shop for a single day, others for a week. The badge on each card is calculated from that leave date and your device clock.
We pull the shop from fortnite-api.com, a community API that mirrors Epic's catalog. This page refreshes at least hourly and a scheduled job saves a snapshot just after each rotation. If the API is down, you'll see the last saved shop with a note under the value card, rather than a blank page. This page was built from data fetched 2026-11-03 10:22 UTC.
Planning a 14-day window around the shop
A token window lasts 14 days from the moment you activate it, so you'll see around 14 rotations. A few practical tips from watching the shop:
- Claim leaving items first. Anything with a red badge on day one of your window should be your first stop. Long-running items will still be there tomorrow.
- Check every day. New outfits and collab sets often arrive without warning. A quick daily look is the easiest way to make sure nothing slips by.
- Use the haul as a wishlist before you activate. If your token isn't active yet, the haul becomes a record of what you'd want. If the list grows fast over a few days, that's a sign the shop is strong right now.
- Know the deadline. The 2026 window has to be activated by December 15, 2026 at 6 PM GMT-6. The activation countdown converts that to your time zone and can add a reminder.
Not sure what's included? The coverage checklist on the main Fortnite token guide lists what the token can and can't claim. Still hunting for a token? The chest simulator shows how many chests different odds would take.
What to claim first with a Fortnite item shop token
A free window has no budget, so the usual “is it worth the V-Bucks?” question disappears. What's left is time and attention: 14 days go fast, and the shop changes every evening. Today's numbers suggest a simple order of priorities.
- Outfits with extras. The average counted offer today is worth about 730 V-Bucks, but outfits that ship with a matching back bling or pickaxe sit well above that. These are the claims you'd least want to pay for later.
- Anything leaving today. A cheap emote that leaves tonight beats an expensive outfit that stays all week. Check the “Leaving in the next 24 hours” list first each day.
- Your one Sidekick. Only one Sidekick you don't own can be claimed free, so decide which one you want before you spend the claim on an impulse.
- Jam Tracks last. They count towards today's total (58,000 V-Bucks) and there are a lot of them, but most stay in the shop for a long time. If you only play Battle Royale, switch the filter to cosmetics and ignore them.
The haul planner works the same way before and after you activate: build the list, sort by “Leaving soonest” and work from the top.
Limitations
This is a fan-made planner. Prices and leave dates come from a third-party API and can lag Epic's own shop by a few minutes after a rotation. Regional pricing, items you already own, and account-specific offers aren't reflected here. The dollar range is an estimate of what the same V-Bucks would cost, not money you receive. Item images belong to Epic Games and are shown for identification only.
Item Shop token FAQ
Does the Fortnite item shop token cover everything in today's shop?
It covers anything sold for V-Bucks, including Jam Tracks and V-Bucks bundles. Real-money packs, gifting, V-Bucks and Battle Pass rewards are excluded, and only one Sidekick you don't own can be claimed free.
Why is your total lower than adding up every price in the shop?
Bundles usually contain items that are also sold on their own. Adding both would count the same outfit twice, so we only add a bundle when it holds something you can't buy separately, and we count just one Sidekick.
When does the Item Shop change?
The Fortnite Item Shop rotates every day at 00:00 UTC. Each offer also has its own leave date, which is why some cards say “Leaves in 9h” and others “Leaves in 4d”.
Is my haul saved?
Yes, on this device only. The haul lives in your browser's local storage. Nothing is sent to us, and clearing site data removes it.
Can I claim items with this page?
No. This is a planner. Claiming happens inside Fortnite after you activate your Pirate Shop token. Never enter your Epic account on any website.
